Sales Consultant
In the expanding space of fixed index annuities, a product expert is needed. WealthVest Marketing is always looking for top sales consultants with the ability to leverage their financial services contacts and leads to recruit agents and financial advisors to sell guaranteed insurance products.
The point of sale experience is invaluable for both the advisor who is new to the dynamics of fixed index annuities, as well as the experienced advisor looking for details on guaranteed financial products. The consultant’s ability to support advisors in the field as a product expert is an important value proposition to both independent advisors and advisors affiliated with broker dealers.
By promoting innovative marketing and sales programs, designed to increase the size and effectiveness of an advisor’s practice, sales consultants help good advisors becomes great. As an Independent Contractor, WealthVest’s marketing consultants enjoy industry-leading compensation and have entrepreneurial opportunity to build their own business.
CRM / Database Programer and Administrator
This position reports directly to the Vice President of IT and is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s CRM and SQL database systems. This is a highly visible, challenging and diverse role, one in which you have the opportunity to and take on as much as you are able, make your mark, and grow considerably in the process.
Typical duties include:
- Overall CRM system administration including users, data, user and data interfaces
- Developing and maintaining SQL programs
- Gathering and defining requirements
- Developing and maintaining reports
- Managing data in the CRM and other company databases
- Publishing content and managing relevant company intranet pages
- Providing end-user CRM support
Additional duties might include:
- Light desktop support
The business is rapidly growing and evolving and along with it so is IT. So you too will be called upon to evolve and change, and must be a person who embraces the challenge this represents. Today we are an on-premises Microsoft and Goldmine shop but are moving to a hosted LAMP/Ruby, and CRM (salesforce.com) shop.
Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree in MIS or CS

- MS Word, Excel, Sharepoint
- SQL programming

New Business Specialist – Operations & Service
Operations & Service department team members work in a high‐energy, fast‐paced environment providing efficient, accurate and friendly support and service to our wholesalers, agents, carriers, other partners and co‐workers. This position is responsible for executing all phases of case management from application review to issuance and payment of policies. New Business Specialists will work with supervisor and co‐workers to define, refine and improve the new business process and procedures documenting all changes. The position may also have the opportunity to assist or lead special projects. New Business Specialists work closely with a team of people, including WealthVest’s Licensing & Contracting team, Internal and External Wholesalers, Commissions and Accounting team, IT team, Marketing team as well as carrier representatives.
