Prairie Fire

Thai Chili Flavored Vodka

Distilled in the Rockies using pure Montana water, Bison & Bear Prairie Fire Vodka provides an unforgettable and delicious tasting experience. Air infused with fiery Thai chili peppers to provide warming heat at first sip that ends with a clean finish. Excellent chilled in a Martini or a Bloody Mary yet bold enough to be enjoyed on its own. Bold and truly one of a kind, Prairie Fire Vodka will awaken your spirit of adventure.

Prairie Fire Recipes

Ingredients
1 oz lime juice
2 oz Prairie Fire Vodka
1 oz coconut cream / milk
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz - 1/2 oz simple syrup
garnish: jalapeño, lime wheel
Instructions
1. Fill cocktail shaker with: ice, lime juice, vodka, coconut cream, Cointreau and simple syrup.
2. Cover and shake for about 20 sec.
3. Strain into glass of ice.
4. Garnish with jalapeño and lime.
Ingredients
1 tsp sea salt
¾ cup spicy tomato-juice like V8®
2 oz Prairie Fire Vodka
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco®
salt and pepper to taste
1 celery stalk
2 garlic-stuffed green olives
Instructions
1. Wet rim of a glass - press into salt, add ice.
2. Fill cocktail shaker with: ice, juice cocktail, vodka, Worcestershire, Tabasco®, salt and pepper.
3. Cover and shake for about 20 sec.
4. Strain into prepared glass.
5. Garnish with celery and olives.
Ingredients
2 oz Prairie Fire Vodka
¼ oz Noilly Prat® Dry Vermouth
½ oz Olive Brine
1-2 drops Tabasco® Sauce
1 Pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a shaker and strain.
Garnish with fresh chili.
Ingredients
Muddled cucumber & cilantro
2 ounces Prairie Fire vodka
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 cup ice
Instructions
Shake and serve with:
1 cup club soda, or as needed
Cucumber garnish
Ingredients
1 lime wedge
1-2 jalapeno coins, seeds removed
2 ounces Prairie Fire Vodka
1/2 ounce orange liqueur
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce agave syrup
Garnish: salt rim
Garnish: jalapeno coin
Instructions
Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge, dip the rim in salt to coat, and set aside.
Add the jalapeño coins to a shaker and gently muddle.
Add the vodka, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup, plus ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a jalapeño coin.

Lime Flavored Vodka

Using Genuine Limes

Carefully infused with genuine limes and distilled through a charcoal filtration system, Bison & Bear Lime Flavored Vodka offers a refreshing finish.

Tasting notes: Light-bodied with a smooth, creamy texture. Bright citrus aromas and lime flavors from real limes. We use real limes to make this flavored vodka tart and crisp, with a slight hint of sweetness – you will find no artificial flavors here. Mix with your favorite juice or soda.

Lime Vodka Recipes

Ingredients
2 ounces WealthVest’s Bison & Bear Lime Vodka
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Garnish: lime wheel
Instructions
Fill your WealthVest copper mug with ice, then add the vodka and lime juice.
Top with the ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Repeat with your second WealthVest copper mug and share it with a friend. Cheers!

2 ounces vodka
3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: lime wheel
Instructions
1. Add the vodka, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Ingredients
2 ounces Lime Vodka
4 ounces Cranberry Juice
2 ounces Prosecco
Fresh lime for garnish
Instructions
Place ice in a cocktail shaker. Add Lime Vodka and cranberry juice. Shake vigorously.
Strain over fresh ice in a 12 ounce highball glass.
Top with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh lime.

Bourbon Whiskey

Distiller’s Reserve

Bourbon is an American invention, and Bison & BearTM Bourbon Whiskey is American bourbon perfected in the American West. Wall Street is another uniquely American invention. WealthVest commemorates our Western heritage with a depiction of a bison battling a grizzly, which is not only an allegorical battle of the markets but is often a real battle in the great Rocky Mountains where Bison & BearTM Bourbon Whiskey is crafted.

Bourbon Whiskey Recipes

Ingredients
4 ounces Bison and Bear Bourbon
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 thinly sliced lemon rounds for serving
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
Instructions
Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan or tea kettle.
Remove from heat and divide between two mugs.
Divide bourbon, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, and cloves between mugs.
Let stand 5 minutes, then stir and serve, garnished with lemon rounds.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon sugar
3 dashes bitters
1 teaspoon water
2 ounces bourbon
Garnish: orange twist
Instructions
1. Add the sugar and bitters into a mixing glass, then add the water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice, add the bourbon, and stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
4. Express the oil of an orange twist over the glass, then drop into the glass to garnish.

4 oz. lemonade
1 slice lemon
Instructions
1. Serve on the rocks or blend with ice, in a rocks glass.
2. Garnish with a lemon slice.
